The valve or drum is secured and wound up by the wire. The wire is then inserted in the side hole of the locking body. Once inserted, the L‐shaped rod is rotated to tighten up the wire until its firmly held and this L‐shaped rod is then to be broken from the top point. This keeps the seal intact and tamper-proof.
