Material:
Body of steel alloy covered with engineering grade polymer with a galvanized steel wire rope.
Characteristics:
It has excellent temperature stability. The steel rope is heavy with a very high tensile strength. The Plastic protective layer shows indications of tampering.
Dimensions:
Wire length: 300mm, 600mm or 1200mm (+/-10mm). Steel Cable diameter: 1.8mm and more.
Printing/ Logo:
Visible and durable logo/ name printing can be done via laser marking.
Serialisation:
Sequential numbering can be done up to 6 or 7 digits by laser marking, or customised as per requirement.
Application:
Ideal for sealing and securing of: UVA trucks, containers, wire baskets, cars, shipping containers, swap bodies, tank containers, fuse boxes, tool boxes, motors, water pumps, transport containers, computer cases, chemical containers, tanker valves, chemical valves, gas valves, ship valves, milk tankers, etc.
User Instruction:
The steel cable attached through Cable Pull Locking (CPL) which allows for precise application. To unseal, use steel rope cutters.
Colours Available:
300mm available in Orange. 600mm available in White. 1200mm available in Green.
