Material:
PP Polymer engineering grade with Metal Jaw-Lock insert of Stainless Spring Steel.
Characteristics:
It has a metal insert providing more security. Special feature: the user must tighten Jaw at a specific point on the ribbon. This ensures correct application to prevent theft of material, as would occur with loose tightening.
Dimensions:
Total length 305 mm. Working Length 250mm + Flag 55mm. Tag for marking 45mm X Width 23mm.
Printing/ Logo:
Visible and durable logo/ name printing can be done via laser marking.
Serialisation:
Barcoding and sequential numbering can be done up to 6 or 7 digits by laser marking, or customised as per requirement.
Application:
Ideal for sealing and securing of: Mother bags, E-commerce and Courier bags, Trailers, Trucks, Containers, Railcars, Drums, Chemical, Mining, Shipping, Tarpaulin covers, etc.
