Material:
Produced from carbon steel and covered by engineering grade plastic polymer.
Charactertics:
Its unique design has high-security features. Used for openings larger than 1.5 mm. It’s easy to handle, with a flexible steel cable wire.
Dimensions:
Steel cable = 300mm (12 inches). Wire Cable diameter = 1.5mm. Locking Body : 40mm 500mm (20 inches) approx. Length can also be delivered according to individual requirement.
Printing/ Logo:
Visible and durable logo/ name printing can be done via laser marking.
Serialisation:
Sequential numbering can be done up to 6 or 7 digits by laser marking, or customised as per requirement.
Application:
Ideal for sealing and securing of Trailers, Tankers, Trucks, Containers, Railcars, Keeper Bars of Container, Wagons etc.
Colours Available:
Available in Green colour.
Packing/ Transport:
Strong corrugated cartons.
User Instructions
The valve or drum is secured and wound up by the wire. The wire is then inserted in the side hole of the locking body. Once inserted, the L‐shaped rod is rotated to tighten up the wire until its firmly held and this L‐shaped rod is then to be broken from the top point. This keeps the seal intact and tamper-proof.
